Independent Living & Training
Independence is about making choices, and making the best of your abilities to live your life as you want, which will be different ways for adults, and children. Some of our services are free for disabled people in Harrow, some can be purchased e.g. using a personal budget.
Using the Red Brick Cafe as a base, Harrow Association of Disabled people will offer training to provide the opportunity for you to gain, or improve on your independent living skills such as:-
